What tier are you?
We are currently tier 4, which restricts us from allowing you into our home at the moment.
How can I view puppies?
Due to the current pandemic, we are unable to offer visits into our home without breaking the law, however, we are happy to offer video calls where you can see the puppies and choose one.
Will I be able to meet my puppy before I take it home?
Yes, absolutely. We are happy to arrange an outside visit once the puppies are old enough to be outside.
Will my puppy see a vet before I collect him/her?
Yes, the puppies will still be vaccinated and seen by a qualified veterinarian prior to moving to his or her new home.
How do I collect my puppy?
This will entirely depend on the pandemic status. We hope by the time collection comes along, you will be allowed in our home.
If this is not possible, we will do all the paperwork with you over the phone and meet you in an outdoor space to be able to hand over your puppy in a Covid secure environment.
Can I request a different option?
Yes, we are open to suggestions of a different method to meet and hand over puppies in a Covid secure way. We are more than happy to discuss this with you and come up with a safe alternative.
